The founder of GK Horizons, Matthew Grove, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Hani Iskander to the board of the company. He will be the board’s first Non-Executive Independent Director.

Hani brings a strong professional background in technology and investment banking. He has spent 16 years as a founder and shareholder of several software companies throughout the 1980s and 1990s, and the last 17 years in M&A advisory services.

GK Horizons will look to benefit from Hani’s M&A expertise and draw upon his extensive private equity and acquisitions expertise. Hani is a founding partner of Cube Capital.

As part of GK Horizons’ growth strategy, the company plans to accelerate its organic growth and also grow through mergers and acquisitions.

Hani holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Computer Science) with Honours from UTS.

Hani joining our board will provide GK Horizons with a strong platform for our future growth plans. Building on another solid performance over the past year, when we we awarded APAC Partner of the Year for the 6th year consecutively, Hani’s experience in owning, managing and directing similar businesses will contribute to our next phase of development. I am excited about the possibilities that his appointment opens up for us

Matthew Grove, CEO, GK Horizons.
